Julie and Sierra (1995?)

My sister, Jessica, got a wonderful gift. Her computer that crashed with a horrible virus several years ago has had a miraculous healing, and she has all her pictures back!! So she has been posting them on facebook and I am grabing them as fast as I can. Here are some good old memories.

Balls

Today's Sport Clinic was all about playing with Balls. The kids played Kick Ball, practiced throwing,catching, and dribbling with giant balloons, and the played lots of games using the same balloons,a beach ball and a giant parachute. Then they ended with a rousing game of Red Light, Green Light :)

Today was also the last Saturday in the clinic so all the kids got their "Awards" and high fived their coaches at the end of class. We are looking forward to August when the Rec Center will have the clinic again, Jamison had so much fun participating in the classes this past month.

After the rec center we decided to check out the Salt Lake City Public Library. It is really a great and very large library. We liked all the little cubbies for the children to play in in the childrens book area.

After the library Terry really wanted to hang out at the Zoo, so off we went. What's nice about a rainy day is you pretty much have the place to yourself ;) When we were leaving though, the sun did decide to come out and we cought a mama duck leading her ducklings to the stream.

Cookie Monster

I have been either suffering the horrific effects of allergies or have a horrible cold. Hard to tell which. Anyhow, I was feeling guilty for Jamison being babysat by the TV and DVD player for a couple of days while I was useless on the couch just trying to breath, so I gathered myself together and we made some cookies. Jamison loves to put on an apron and help in the kitchen. It's always fun to bake up some goodies with this little guy.

Mickey Mouse

During dinner Jamison was very proud of himself as he managed to get two hot dog slices on his fork and realized he had captured Mickey Mouse for the eating. "I got Mickey Mouse"
Where does he come up with these things :)

It's A Helmet

Oh Jamison, how you LOVE it when the cashiers at the grocery store give you stickers. This particular day you happily took your sticker, stuck it on top of your head and exclaimed, "It's a helmet!", popped out your wings (like Buz Lightyear) and took off running. You kept that thing up there for several hours until it came off during your nap. Such a silly boy.
